Welcome to Nailed It By Nat. By booking an appointment or using my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered

I specialise in acrylic nail extensions and overlay treatments.

Booking and Appointments

To book an appointment, please use my online booking system, or DM me on my socials, you can find me on both Facebook & Instagram. A non-refundable deposit of £22 is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance, or a cancellation fee £30 will apply. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may need to reschedule and a rescheduling fee may apply, or they could run the risk of partially complete treatment.

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. I accept cash, bank transfer, and online payments through my online booking system through my website. Refunds are not provided for services rendered; however, I offer complimentary touch-ups within 48 hours if you are unsatisfied with your service.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to arrive on time and in a clean state for their appointments. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or previous reactions to nail products before your treatment a consultation form will be provided either via email/message or a printed copy will be accessible on the day. I also request that you remove any old polish or nail enhancements before your appointment to maximise your service time.

Consultation Form

Requirement for Consultation Form

All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their first appointment. This form helps me to understand your needs, preferences, and any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your treatment.

Accuracy of Information

Clients must provide accurate and truthful information on the consultation form. Failure to disclose relevant information, including allergies, medical conditions, or previous reactions to nail products, may result in adverse reactions or unsatisfactory service outcomes. I am not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Confidentiality

All information provided in the consultation form is kept strictly confidential. It will be used solely for the purpose of providing safe and personalised services. I do not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Frequency of Form Completion

Clients are required to fill out a new consultation form at least once every 12 months to ensure that my records are up-to-date. Additionally, if there are any significant changes in your health, allergies, or personal preferences, or you go else where for treatments you must complete a new consultation form before your next appointment.

Service Guarantee and Liability

I strive to provide the highest quality of service and satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your nails within one week of your appointment, please contact me for a free touch-up. I am not liable for allergic reactions or injuries resulting from my services. Additionally, I am not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit.

Health and Safety

Your health and safety is my top priority. I follow strict sanitation and hygiene practices, including sterilising tools and equipment after each use. In light of COVID-19, we require clients to use hand sanitiser upon entering my home salon. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

Privacy Policy

I value your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected during booking or service will be used solely for appointment scheduling, service provision, and communication purposes. I do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Updates to Consultation Form

Clients are responsible for informing me of any changes to the information provided in the consultation form. This includes changes in medical conditions, allergies, or any other relevant details. An updated form may be required if there are significant changes to your health or preferences.

Retention of Records

I retain consultation forms and related records for a period of 6 months following your last appointment. This helps me maintain continuity in your care and ensures we have accurate information for future appointments. After this period, records are securely destroyed.

Sharing Content: Videos & Photos

Consent for Media Usage

By booking an appointment or receiving services from Nailed it by Nat, clients and models consent to the taking of photographs and videos of their nails before, during, and after the treatment. This media may be used for marketing and promotional purposes on my website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.

Client and Model Rights

Clients and models have the right to request that specific photos or videos not be used for promotional purposes. Such requests should be made in writing either before the appointment or at the time the media is being taken. I will respect these requests to the best of my ability.

Ownership and Usage

All photos and videos taken by Nailed it by Nat during appointments are the property of Nailed it by Nat. I reserve the right to use, edit, and distribute this media for marketing and promotional purposes without further consent or compensation. Clients and models will not claim any ownership or monetary rights over the content created.

Confidentiality and Respect

I ensure that any shared content will be used in a respectful and professional manner, maintaining the dignity and privacy of my clients and models. Identifiable personal information will not be disclosed without explicit consent.

Opt-Out Policy

Clients and models who do not wish to have their photos or videos used for marketing purposes can opt-out by informing me in writing. An opt-out form is available upon request. I will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any media involving the opt-out individual is not used in future promotional materials.

Removal Requests

If, at any point, a client or model wishes for a particular photo or video to be removed from my website or social media platforms, they may contact me at naileditby.nattt@gmail.com. I will take steps to remove the requested media within a reasonable timeframe.

Liability for Third-Party Use

While I take care to use media responsibly, Nailed it by Nat is not liable for any unauthorised use of photos or videos by third parties once they have been posted on public platforms.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on my website and communicated to clients via email or during their next appointment. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
